As coronavirus (Covid-19) worldwide outbreak has government and health officials working hard, some of our guests have had questions about the Anniversary Inn. We are writing you this quick note to provide answers and assurance to any questions our guests and friends might have.

First of all, at this time we remain open for business. As a small, local business, we rely on the loyalty and support of our community. We really appreciate your support. As other events and travel are cancelled, we think we are a great local getaway in these times that can be stressful for some. We hope you will think of us if you are looking for an easy, and nearby, escape. (You can book online here.) 

Secondly, while we always work hard to keep our rooms and common areas clean, we have redoubled those efforts since news broke about this virus. We are abiding by all local, state, and federal recommendations for slowing the spread of the virus and protecting the most vulnerable among us. We make sure all our areas are cleaned and sanitized, particularly our high traffic areas. We have redoubled our efforts in this regard and have made sure our employees are trained to do so. Any employees that may be sick for any reason understand that they are not to come in to work.

We practice social distancing with our guests, we have no space for large gatherings, and none of our guest suites hold more than 2 people. A hallmark of our guest experience is the privacy we provide: once you shut the door, enter a different world with just you and your loved one. Breakfast and any snacks come to you, in the privacy of your own room instead of a communal dining area. While this has always been a special part of our guest experience, in these times it provides an added advantage of lowering the risk of infection.

If your local area has prohibited dine-in restaurants, most of our rooms have small tables that can be used for an intimate dining for two.

We know that times can be uncertain, so we are offering additional flexibility if your plans that included a stay with us suddenly fall through. If you need additional flexibility above our generous 48-hour cancellation notice, please just give us a call as soon as you know your plans have changed. We will be happy to accommodate you by rescheduling your stay or cancelling it altogether and refunding any deposit you may have paid.

It is hard to express in the written word how much we love serving you. We know what a special experience it is to come to the Anniversary Inn. Every day we hear heartwarming stories of relationships healed, and renewed. We love the smiles we get to bring to your faces when you have a relaxing escape at one of our suites. We are as committed to providing you with the best, and safest, experience possible at the Anniversary Inns. Thank you for allowing us to continue to do so.
