Late Check-Out
A late checkout fee of $35 will apply for any departures after the standard checkout time.  

Early Check-In
An early check-in fee of $35 will apply for any arrivals prior to the standard check-in time. Please contact the front desk to inquire about availability. 

Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit will be held upon check in, for incidentals. 

Cancellation / Modification Policy
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the hotel rate booked. Please check our rate policy for more information. 

Parking
We offer free parking. 

Pet Policy
We are sorry, but no pets are allowed at any Anniversary Inn property.

Each room comes with a complimentary continental breakfast delivered to your room.

Daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Breakfast Hours – Logan
Daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Breakfast Hours – 5th South
Daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Occupancy
A Transient Occupancy Tax is charged based on the room rate.

Boise: 13%
Logan: 12.57%
5th South: 13.82%
South Temple: 13.82%

Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in. 

Occupancy Policy
Each room can accommodate up to two people. 

Smoke-Free
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest-room, deck, balcony or public areas. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 ($300 Boise) cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
